Netview - MIB Data Collection

DESC:  Having a problem with MIB-data collection.  He has a router with 
       10 interfaces and he is trying to collect CRC errors on 1 through
       6
RESPONSE: 
       Follow the Netview Menu Bar:
          TOOLS
             DATA COLLECTION
                  ADD 
                                   
 private.enterprises.cisco.local.linterfaces.lifTable.lifEntry.locIfInCRC
 .                                                                          
 for the label and for the MIB instance defined 1[--]6 for interfaces      
 1-6.  He now does not get any mib data collected. 
  The problem was solved by restart the snmpCollect daemon.  The          
 daemon was hung and could not stoped by ovstop.
