Sysback Incremental restore emptied out a directory "filesystem"

  RISC 590
  Tape 8mm 7gb
  Sysback 4.2.1.7

Problem:
  Customer did a level 0 volume group backup of sbvg
  The customer then tried to restore 1 filesystem from
  that backup into a different directory.

   sysrestore -D /temp -yxf /dev/rmt0 -tF /sbfs
  
   It zero'ed out the /sbfs diretory, then restored the files
   into /temp

Action:
  This is a defect in sysback and is fixed with 4.2.1.9
