Using Infoexplorer from the Techlib CD, getting queue underflow error

Question:

queue underflow: krsQ_frontof

when I select certain commands from the commands list.  Some work ok, such as
ld, but li fails to display text, with the message above.  

Answer:
Some PMRs suggest this is a result of corrupted infoexplorer databases.  You 
copied the databases from CD to disk, and we found that sum of the aix.rom
files were different between CD and disk.  Try making that copy again.
