Permissions questions under /usr/lpp/bos.

Question:

I am running AIX 3.25.  We are doing a security sweep of our machine 
and we are suspicious of some files under the following subdirectories 
of /usr/lpp/bos:

_scdisk_
_scdasd_
_sctape_

There are some files owned by a user who has no superuser access.  We had
a disk replaced about the same time these files are time stamped.  What
are these files and why did this happen?  Is it a problem?

Response:

These files are normal when you replace a disk.  There is nothing to
be alarmed about.
