Can Infoexplorer be viewed from a Techlib CD?

Customer tells me this is possible, is this correct?

Response:

Yes, we include Hypertext Information Base Library ("base" Infoexplorer) on
the Techlib CD.  If customers currently view Info from CD, we want them to
be able to view both Techlib and Info, from one CD, without having to switch
disks.  Nov 93, Feb 94, and May 94 Techlib builds, as well as the Demo CD
have Infoexplorer for 324 and earlier, as well as Infoexplorer for 325.
