Can't run netls after changing planar CPU or use ls_admin

Question:

I have a model 220 at 3.2.5 in which I have just changed out the
planar.  Now, when I try to run CMVC or a netls product, it dies.  
What do I need to do to get netls up and running again? When trying to run
application I get the message:
        No network license servers found.

Response:

Had customer bring down existing netls server daemons:
        stopsrc -s netlsd
        stopsrc -s glbd
        stopsrc -s llbd

Had customer issue the following commands:
        cd /usr/lib/netls/conf
        netls_config
        netls_first_time

Customer was then able to issue the ls_admin and 
properly add CMVC passwords.

When customer started CMVC, CMVC issued the message of not being
able to convert string "System19" to FontStruct.  Had  customer
issue the commands:     
        cd /usr/lib/X11/fonts
        mkfontdir
        xet fp rehash

CMVC came up fine.  I suggested that the customer issue the command:
        xset -q
At the bottom of the display is a statement called Font Path:.  Below this
tag is a listing of all directories containing fonts.  I suggested to the
customer to cd to each of those directories and issue the "mkfontdir" command
in each of those directories to reset the fonts.
