Booting off of a mksysb hangs at c31 with nothing displayed.

Question:

I am trying to transfer what's on the 320H to a 550.  The 550 will take the
place of the 320H and when I put the mksysb created on the 320H in the 550
and try to boot, it will hang at a c31. Note that the 550 currently is 
running AIX 3.2.4. 

Response:

The mksysb from the 320 won't boot on the 550.  The 320 is at 3.2.0.

I looked at HONE and the 550 requires 3.2.3.  This is the problem!
