How to tell the kernal debugger is loaded and how to remove it?

Question:

Q: How can I tell if the kernel debugger is loaded ?
If it is loaded, how can I remove it?
In section 2.1 of release notes a note states you must remove the
kernel debugger to upgrade to 3.2.5.

A: The low level debugger is loaded by -D flag of the bosboot command.
After the boot logical volume is rebuilt, the system must be rebooted
to enable the debugger. The debugger is invoked by the key sequence:
\\\, from the HFT keyboard, or \\<4> on a
3151/3161, or \\<\\> on other ASCII terminals, while the key is
   in the service position.

The debugger screen will appear on the tty device only, which means
you must have an ASCII terminal available in order to use the
   kernel debugger.

To remove the kernel debugger, issue command:
'bosboot -a -d /dev/hdisk\#'( the one hd5 is in), then reboot the
    system.
