Need DCE to co-exist with NCS (NetLS is used).

Question:

Customer uses Softbench and DB2/6000 which use NetLS.
DCE was working fine before NetLS was configured, but now DCE does not
work with NetLS running.

Response:

NCS's llbd and DCE's rpcd share the same port (135) on a system. When both
DCE and NCS need to run on the same system, only start DCE rpcd. The NCS
llbd daemon should not be started. If the NCS nrglbd daemon also needs to
run, then it should be started after the DCE rpcd daemon is running. 
The DCE rpcd daemon will act as the llbd daemon for NCS applications
(NetLS).
