Problem:
  Customer did a boot from tape and choose the following options:

  Utilities Menu
      Import the rootvg Volume Group

The following errors appeared on the screen, one for each volume 
 group on the system.

sysinstall[1966] test: argument expected 

Action:
  The customer was able to select the disk they wanted and
  import their rootvg volume group.

Fixed with sysback 4.2.1.6
