0301-154 bosboot: missing proto file: /usr/ccs/lib/libnim.a.min

  sysback 4.2.1.5

Problem:
  Customer tries to create a network boot image using sysback and
  gets this error message:

  mksbnetboot -B -k mp -T rspc -d ent

  Creating rspc/mp boot image for ethernet network ..

  0301-154 bosboot: missing proto file: /usr/ccs/lib/libnim.a.min

Action Taken:
  For some reason at AIX 4.3.1 you now needs this proto file even
  if you are not using or requiring nim to create any kind of 
  network boot image.  This greatly effects sysback.

  Two Workarounds to resolve this problem until a fix can be added to sysback.
  
  Workaround one
  1.  install the fileset bos.sysmgt.nim.spot 
      This will create the libnim.a.min file

  Workaround two
  1.  cd /usr/ccs/lib
  2.  echo "DUMMY IMAGE" > libnim.a.min
      A touch is not enough, the file has to have some size to it.
      This file even though required to create the boot image is not
      used during the boot.

      A fix will be added into sysback.rte 4.2.1.6
