Low level system restore commands for sysback 4.

 ENV:
sysback 4.1.4.4

 PROBLEM:
Wants to restore the entire tape to somewhere other than rootvg
in one pass at version 4.

*ACTION TAKEN:
This isn't really supported, but here's how you can do it:

tctl fsf 6 --- position to / backup
sbread -H /dev/rmt0.1  ---- make sure you know where you are
cd /root2
sbread /dev/rmt0.1 | restbyname -xvqdf-
sbread -H /dev/rmt0.1  ----- lets say that this tells you that you
        are at /usr.
cd /root2/usr
sbread /dev/rmt0.1 | restbyname -xvqdf-
etc..
