multiple tape devices appear, only one drive exists.

 PROBLEM:  The caller is seeing 6 rmt definition for the 3490. 
           All the rmts are available and at deferent SCSI ids. 

 
*ACTION TAKEN:
Moved tape drive to this system and powered it on, it worked fine
on another system, but on this system, it comes up as multiple
drives with every valid scsi id.  The 3490E E01 and E11 have a dial
on the back to set the scsi id.  In this case, it was set to 7,
which conflicts with the scsi adapter.
