Atape driver must be removed by running the special script 
/usr/lpp/atldd/lpp.deinst.  If the atldd.driver is removed
with the installp command, the following error will happen
during 'cfgmgr':

'/etc/methods/cfgatl' not found.

*ACTION PLAN:

Reinstall the atldd.driver and then remove it with:

/usr/lpp/atldd/lpp/deinst
