Can't restore files through SMIT with sysback

Some characters are not properly passed to sysback verison
4 through the smitty interface.  There is no real fix
for this.  These are special characters to AIX.  I tested
out a number of special characters with the following 
results.

Attempted restores on the following files through smit with the
following results:
