This is a 3A2A FSC. The 3A2A means that sometime the drive could not
write the VCR (directory at the beginning of tape). The customer should
identify all cartridges with this error. They can be fixed by using
tapeutil that comes with Atape. Open the drive, issue a space eod,
unload the tape and close. This will cause the VCR to be re-written and
the 3A2A will be gone for that tape.

trace to figure out exactly which volume is having a problem.
