following error:

Menu selection:
    Options->Preferences 
Error:
    Xerror of failed request: bad window(invalid window parameter)
    major opcode of failed request: 3(x_getwindowattribute)
    resource id in failed request: 0x1
    serial number of failed request (changes each error)
    current serial number in output stream.

Customer reports there is no pattern to the problem.  It happens on
different menu items at different times.


Called defect support and order PTF U422480 for customer.  Defect support
will mail 8mm tape.
