Trouble getting palette widgets displayed in AIC compiled code.

Question:

Customer was having problem getting a widget that was put on the palette to be
displayed in the application when the application was compiled.

Response:
Insure that the CreateManaged resource (part of the Declaration resources in the 
Property Editor) is set to TRUE.
