Oracle installation fails due to libkidn.a library.

I have a RS6000, which I am trying to install Oracle7.  It is failing
with an error complaining about a library libkidn.a.  Where is this
library?  How can I get this on my system?  Is it from AIX or Oracle?

The library libkidn.a is supplied by an OEM vendor and not by IBM. You
should contact Oracle technical support and ask about this.
