When using aic font selection, font information disappears.

Question:

Customer is using AIC 1.2. The customer displays the AIC font viewer
to select a font.  When they select from the "Family or Short Name"
field, the Font Viewer will not show any of the "Font" or "Size and
Charset" information for the font.  Why won't AIC display all the
information about a font?

Response:

The customer had applied PTF U427600 to AIC. This PTF fixes one problem
but causes the Font Viewer problem.  This problem has been reported
to Defect Support.

Response:

Customer needs to orderPTF 427994 which contains the APAR IX42140 which
will fix this problem.
