Best way to setup WordPerfect Queue

Question:  What is the best way to setup WordPerfect queue's on
the Risc System/6000?

I have been told that many users who add Printer Ports for their
WordPerfect printers often end up with corrupted /etc/qconfig
files.  What is the best way to avoid this?

Answer: The recommended way to add a WordPerfect Printer is as follows:

Using the WordPerfect Utility wpport  the first screen looks like:

Response:

Talked to customer.  He switched the printers, and the problem followed
the printer, so this is a printer setup problem and not an AIX problem
LexMark said they would be glad to help so he will call them directly
at (606) 232-3000.
