Problems trying to run C++ Workbench on 3.2.5 system.

Question:

I am working on a RISC System/6000 running AIX versions 3.2.5 and I
have C++ Workbench software loaded on my system.  When I enter the
command:

          workbench

the following message is returned:

         netls_init: no servers available for this vendor
         (network license server/library)

How can I resolve this?

Response:

The C++ WorkBench and POWERbench products are not NetLS enabled.
There is a "Read Me First" document that is shipped with each
licenses instructing the customer on how to get a network password.
The customer should follow the instructions in the document.
