Env:
  AIX 4.2.1
  RISC J30
  sysback 4.1.4.3
  

Problem:
  Customer did a Full system power backup to tape.
  booted from that tape and got these error messages 
  as it restored each filesystem image:

  /etc/sysrestvg[193]: /mnt-:  not found

  The install went correct, but these errors concerned the customer.

  I put the debug.out file in the /home/sysback directory.
