1800-109 There are currently no additional SMIT screen entries availab

Question:

Env:
  AIX 4.2.1
  RISC J30
  sysback 4.1.4

Problem:
  When /usr/sbin is not in the path of the shell that smitty sysback
  is being run from, we see this message when 'getlvminfo'
  is run to retrieve volume group names for the system backup:

  1800-109 There are currently no additional
           SMIT screen entries available for this
           item. This item may require installation of
           additional software before it can be accessed.

I think the problem is that in the odm stanza, getlvminfo is
not fully qualified:

sm_name_hdr:
        id = "sb_sysback"
        next_id = "sb_sysback_"
        option_id = "sb_donothing"
        ...
        cmd_to_classify = "getvglist() {\\n\\
                if [ ! -z \\"$(getlvminfo -VN | grep -v rootvg)\\" ]\\n\\
                        then print 1\\n\\
                        else print 2\\n\\
                fi\\n\\
        }; getvglist"
        cmd_to_classify_postfix = "vglist"
        ...
        help_msg_base = ""
        help_msg_book = ""

When /usr/sbin is added back to the $PATH, this is not a
problem, but we see a number of customer who don't have
/usr/sbin in their path and the error message is not intuitive.

Action Plan:
  This will be fixed with sysback.rte 4.1.4.1
  In the mean time the customer should have /usr/sbin
  in their PATH.
