Not able to boot from a 10/100 meg bit ethernet

Question:

 ENV:
  AIX 4.2.1
  RISC C10
  sysback 4.1.4

 PROBLEM:
  Customer boots to the bootp menu and his 10/100 ethernet
  does not show up as a supported boot device.  The customer
  then used sysback to create a IPLROM diskette.
  smitty sysback
    Configuration Options
       Network Boot 
         Create IPL ROM Emulation Diskette

This still did not fix the problem.

*ACTION TAKEN:
   I had the customer installed this APAR IX68188
  and use NIM to create the IPL ROM Emulation diskette.

smitty nim 
  Create IPL ROM Emulation Media

This worked

This fix will be added to sysback.rte 4.1.4.1
