infocmp for terminfo files

Question:

I'm trying to debug terminfo files and having a hard time.  Does AIX
have its version of the SystemV command infocmp.  Infocmp would take a
compiled terminfo file and return the source code.

Contacted customer and informed him that "infocmp" is not available
for AIX now.  However, there is a Design Change Request (DCR 62301) in
AIX for this feature.  I told him that he could contact Software
Defect for information pertaining to the DCR.
