Block Multiplexer Hardware problems.

Question:

 Block Multiplexor problem with hardware.                                       
                                                                                
 The problem we ran into at the customer was a misunderstanding of where        
 to connect the cables due to conflicting information stamped on the side       
 of the metal enclosure where the mainframe cables connect to. The metal        
 enclosure looks like this:

     \\ BIC \\ TOC ===========  \\           TIC is Tag in.                        
      \\     \\                  \\          BIC is Bus in.                        
       \\ TIC \\ BOC ===========  \\         TOC is Tag out (terminated).          
        \\     \\                  \\        BOC is Bus out (terminated).

 The metal cable socket assembly is mounted on the inside back wall on a        
 7015 (9xx) series and the side labels are more visible than the top ones.      
 This easily leads to putting the cables on incorrectly.                        

 The correct labeling in the above diagram are the labels closest to the
 cards.

 This problem has been noted at manufacturing and the labeling problem is
 being resolved.
