Need to use an 80x25 "sized" font for my hft after 3.2.5 upgrade.

Question:

I just installed 3.2.5 on my RISC, and have run into a bit of a
problem. All of my configuration files were wiped out. Which is not
a problem, except, I now need to figure out which font I should be
using (80x25) for my hft. I have gone through most of the fonts list,
but cannot remember the font name or how to get an accurate listing
of it. Also, what is the iso\# in some of the file names?

Response:

The font that you are looking for is Rom28.snf.

The iso1-iso7,iso9 fonts adhere to a specific ISO standard. If you wish
to use the IBM-850 code page, you should chose a font that does not
include iso\# in the file name. Here are the names and corresponding
code pages:

  FONT.iso1.snf ISO88591
  FONT.iso2.snf ISO88592
  FONT.iso3.snf ISO88593
  FONT.iso4.snf ISO88594
  FONT.iso5.snf ISO88595
  FONT.iso6.snf ISO88596
  FONT.iso7.snf ISO88597
  FONT.iso9.snf ISO88599
  FONT.snf IBM-850

wher FONT is the name of an appropriate font.

Here is a table with the font sizes found in /usr/lpp/fonts and the number
of columns and rows that each font will use on the HFT:

                        Font ColxRow
                        ----- -------
                        FONT6 320x128
                        FONT8 213x93
                        FONT10 160x73
                        FONT11 160x68
                        FONT14 142x51
                        FONT17 116x44
                        FONT22 106x34 \<-- Default
                        FONT28 80x25
                        FONT29 71x25

where FONT is the name of an appropriate font.

The default font is Rom22.snf and the reason it does not come up as 106x34
when the machine is booted is that the HFT is specifically initialized to
80x25 upon bootup.
