Lost mouse and windows functionality with 3.2.4 install.

Question:
Customer installed 3.2.4.  After a while the mouse would no longer work.

Response:

This is a defect with Motif in that if a user
drags an icon and it has to return to its original position, then any
future windows open up with no border.  

To reproduce this:
   From the MWM root window, select the Quit option.
   When the Quit Mwm window appears, move the mouse to the question mark
       graphic and press and hold the middle mouse button.  Drag the mouse
       so that it appears to be dragging a copy of the question mark graphic.
   Drag it to anyway on the display and release the mouse button.
   The icon will go back to the Mwm Quit window.
   Select Cancel from the Mwm quit window.
   Go to an aixterm window and enter the command "aixterm".
   The aixterm window is displayed with no borders.  In fact it is 
   very difficult to use the X server from this point on so you will need
      to Control+Alt+Backspace to reset your X server.

Defect support has an apar number and requested to send PTF to customer
when available.
