I can't alter my system 'mwmrc' resource file.

Question:

Q1)  When I alter my '/usr/lib/X11/system.mwmrc' file, I do not get any change on
     my system.  My LANG variable is 'en_US'.

A1)  You will need to change your LANG variable to 'En_US' in order for this file
     to be used as the system default.  When using the 'en_US' LANG variable, you
     are in fact using the '/usr/lib/X11/en_US/system.mwmrc' file.  (Note:
     '/usr/lib/X11/En_US/system.mwmrc' is linked to the same file that 
     '/usr/lib/X11/system.mwmrc'.)
