how to nfsmount infoexplorer cdrom

Response:

Please do the following on the NFS Server:

- Make sure the NFS server can resolve the NFS client's IP address to
a hostname. Use the command "host ip.addr.of.client" to check. The NFS
server must get a valid response to this.

- Make sure the cdrom is mounted on the mount point BEFORE it is NFS
exported. The parameter mount=true should be set in /etc/filesystems for
the CDROM.

- Configure NFS on the system with the CDROM

- NFS export /usr/lpp/info/En_US

On the NFS client systems:

- Configure NFS on the NFS client

- NFS mount /usr/lpp/info/En_US from the NFS server

- Copy /usr/lpp/info/data/ispaths.full to /usr/lpp/info/data/ispaths

InfoExplorer should now work on the NFS clients.
