Need specs/info on 7051 Data Server

Question:

        I have an RS/6000 (model 220 and 340) running AIX 3.2.4 with
3.2.5 on the way. I am considering the purchase of an IBM 7051
Data Server and have looked through the information on it on IBMLINK,
but it doesn't give me some of the information I need to know. I need
to know:

1) Does this device use standard LVM or is there some other form of
   volume management with the 7051?

2) If the volume management differs from standard LVM, is it possible to
create filesystems larger than 2GB unlike the 2 GB limit enforced by
LVM? If so, what is the limit?

Response:

1) The 7051 does not use standard LVM. The file systems on the 7051
are LFS ( which are the same as SUN Logical File System ).
The virtual partitions can be striped across multiple disks as a
RAID 0 style array and mirroring on a 1 to 1 basis is available as
   in RAID 1.

 2) The filesystem limit on the 7051 is 2GB.
