Sysback is not providing a edit menu

Question:

Env:
  AIX 4.1
  sysback 4.1.3.2

Problem:
  Customer just upgraded to sysback 4.1.3.2 and
  Could not edit their volume group information after the 
  upgrade

  I cd /usr/sbin
  ls -l edit*

  -rwxr-xr-x   1 root     system      4495 Oct 20 13:02 editlvminfo
  -rwxr-xr-x   1 root     system         0 Oct 17 16:29 editvginfo

Doh!!!!!!!

When the customer runs the remakevg -Evf /dev/rmt0 vg00
The editvolume group menu is not showing up.
This is also true within smitty.

Workaround:
  Pull the /usr/sbin/editvginfo from another sysback ver 4
  system.  I also have put it out on a ftp site:
  198.17.57.67 /aix/fromibm/editvginfo

This should be fixed in sysback.rte 4.1.3.3
