Problem:
I did several backups running 4.1.1.9 of sysback, then I tried to
update sysback to 4.1.3.2 and got this error message:

Action Taken:
If I remove the file /usr/lib/libsysback.a, the install works
If I reboot the system it will install
I ran a fuser against the file and could not find any process
running against the file.

The shared library will be removed during install or update in
case its still lingering in memory.
Fixed with sysback.rte 4.1.3.3
