3004-310 THE TERMINAL HAS BEEN LOCKED

 ENV:
        AIX 4.1.5
        7013-52H

 PROBLEM:
We have setup via smit security a maximum number of
failed logins for a tty before that port is locked port
is locked. We exceeded the number of failed logins. How
to reset this so we can login again?
        *ACTION TAKEN:
When you have setup /etc/security/login.cfg file to have a
        logindisable=\#
where \# is the number of failed logins before the port is
locked, and when that number is exceeded you receive the
        error:

3004-310 THIS TERMINAL HAS BEEN LOCKED PLEASE SEE THE SYSTEM
                ADMININSTRATOR

        Use the command:

        chsec -f /etc/security/portlog -s /dev/tty\#\# -a locktime=0

which changes the locktime entry in the
        /etc/security/portlog file.
