 PROBLEM:Dynatatext view is having problems. When he opens the
book it just disappears. Error log shows an error for netview.

Started : viewman. views.map cannot open file
error widget browser_scrollwin has 0 width and or height.

*ACTION TAKEN:Here is the fix for this problem. Customer
possibly installed a netview PTF when this problem occured.

Have the customer go in the directory

/usr/ebt/data
more .ebtrc
look for at statement in the file X_DIR
the file is probably pointing to a directory that no longer
exists.
Have the customer change the directory to 

/usr/ebt/data/X11

He should be able to save the file and restart the dynatext program
