shop_make: Big File file systems must have fragsize == 4096.

Question:

Env:
  AIX 4.2
  RISC 390  (client)  590 (server)
  sysback 4.1.2
  Tape 7332

Problem:
  I did a network from on the 390 from the 590 system.
  I choose the second option on the menu "Change the volume 
  group information"  I then choose the logical voloume 
  attributes and changed the mount point of /home to /fred
I also choose the option to change the filesytem attributes,
I changed the filesystem to "Large File Enable"

I got this error message during the install process

fshop_make: Big File file systems must have fragsize == 4096.
Filesystem Helper:  Implementation-specific error, code = (151)

From the filesystem menu it did not change the fragsize from 
2048 to 4096 when I choose the "Large File Enable" option.

This is fixed with sysback.rte 4.1.3
I had the customer just change the value which worked around
the problem
