0301-154 bosboot: missing proto file: /usr/lib/libnim.a

  AIX 4.3
  sysback 4.1.2
  RISC 390

  Problem:
  I tried to create a network boot image using sysback and got 
  this message:
  
Creating rs6k boot image for token-ring network ..
0301-154 bosboot: missing proto file: /usr/lib/libnim.a

I have determined this file to be located in this fileset:

bos.sysmgt.nim.client
Once that fileset was installed the error message went away.

This could be a possible issue sysback customers, who don't 
have nim installed.  We might want to add this to the next 
release of the manual.  This was not true for customers running
on AIX 3.2, 4.1 and 4.2.     

 This is an AIX BUG!!! Please report this to have them remove NIM
information from the proto files! This info can go into proto
extensions which should be restored when NIM is installed.

I've temporarily added a patch to create missing files that are
required by bosboot in the proto. This is a bad way to do this
but no coice at this point.

The temp fix was added to sysback.rte 4.1.3
