AP: getting wrong lp # when configuring printer on 7318

PROBLEM:
Customer tries to add a printer to the 7318.  They get
messages that say adding "lp1" but then get another message
stating "configuring lp0111".

Explanation:
The problem arises as the cnsd.conf file is incorrectly updated.
The lp0111 number seems to include the port\# that the printer
is being added to.  This should not enter into the lp\#.

Workaround:
One may edit the cnsd.conf file, and then run mkdev against
the lp\# placed in the odm (shown by lsdev).
