Env:
  AIX 3.2.5
  RISC 7013 570
  Tape 8mm 5gb
  sysback 3.3.2.x

Problem:
  When the customer was trying to run a full system backup using
  sysback, they are getting this error message:

  Another boot image is being created waiting ...
    It prints this message every 15 seconds

Action Taken:
  cd /sbin
  rm rc.boot_sb
  cd /usr/lpp/bosinst/diskette
  rm tapefiles3_sb

Action Plan:
  Sending sysback 3.3.3.17.
  This fix will create a more meaningful message
