sysback network boot hanging on led 607

Question:

Env:
  AIX 4.2.0
  RISC 43p 7048 (server)  595 (client)
  sysback 4.1.2

Problem:
  Hanging on led 607 when doing a network boot from the 43p
  onto the 595. The 595 is using a autosense token-ring card.
  I put the boot process into debug mode and here is the output:

  ifconfig tok0 lo0 inet loopback up

ifconfig tok0 inet 9.19.145.161 up
ifconfig: error loading /usr/lib/drivers/if_tok:
No such file or directory

Here is the type of Token Ring adapter I have on the 595
Token-Ring High-Performance Adapter (8fa2)

Action Taken:
  cd /usr/lpp/sysback/netinst/boot
  cp rc.boot rc.boot.bak
  vi rc.boot
    Goto line 67

 CHANGE THIS LINE:
 -----------------

        case "$PHY_BOOT_DEV" in
                tok*)   LDEV=tok${PHY_BOOT_DEV\#\#tok};;

TO THIS:
--------

case "$PHY_BOOT_DEV" in
                tok*)   LDEV=tr${PHY_BOOT_DEV\#\#tok};;

Rebuild the network boot image and try the process again
smitty sysback
  Configuration Options
    Network Boot Configuration
      Configure/Update a Network Boot Image

Action Plan:
  This will be fixed with sysback.rte 4.1.3
