4033 printer quit working after 3.2.4 -> 4.2.1 migration

 ENV:
        AIX 4.2.1
        7013-580
        4033 adapter

 PROBLEM:
        After upgrading from 3.2.4 to 4.2.1 printers off of 
        4033 adapter don't work.

*ACTION TAKEN:
        Retrieved the AIX 4.x 4033 software from ftp.lexmark.com
        Removed /usr/lib/lpd/pio/etc/*.config files from the
        AIX 3.2 Lexmark utilities.  Installed the bos.dlc bundle
        from AIX installation media as the dlc software is required
        by Lexmark's lpabe software.  Finally, removed and readded 
        the 4033 queues with the new software and it printed perfectly.
