Problems:
  I was not able to verify a backup within smit from a seq virtual device

  I was able to pin point the problem with the sysrestore command

sysrestore -NT -c $(tty) -i1 -f vdev2
V
sbdevice: Tape control error on /dev/rmt1
sbdevice: I/O error

Fixed with sysback.rte 4.1.2
