 PROBLEM:
  Customer gets these error messages when trying to
  create a full system boot tape

ar: No such file or directory
ar: 0707-117 The fopen system call failed on file shr.o.

ar: 0707-100 /lib/libbsd.a does not exist.
strip: shr.o -- 0654-400 Cannot open file.
        No such file or directory

When the customer tries to boot from that tape the system
hangs on led C06

  The customer is missing a link from /lib /usr/lib
  ln -s /usr/lib /lib
