hacmp: How do you increase the time for "In config too long"

Question:
 ENV: AIX 4.1.5 HACMP 4.1.1

PROBLEM: Customer wants to increase the time before the cluster
goes into reconfig too long.

*ACTION TAKEN: Told customer that developement put that ability
back into HACMP 4.2. If you are at 4.2 or at the latest fixes of
4.1.1 then you can change the default timeout value with the
following command.

chssys -s clstrmgr -a "-u xxxxxx" where xxxxxx is the timeout
                                   value in milliseconds.
