Where can I get documentation for C++ class libraries

Question:

I purchased C++ for the RS6000. It came with 2 class libraries
Interview and NIH. Were can I get documentation on these class
libraries.

For more information about the NIH library, refer to "Data Abstraction and
Object-Oriented Programming in C++" published by John Wiley and Sons
Limited (1990).

For more information about the InterView library, customer will need to 
contact Stanford or Silicon Graphics.  Customer may also try getting
documentation from interviews.stanford.edu in the /pub directory.

Both of these libraries are provided "as is" with no support.
