Keyboard mapping problems after installation.

Question:

User installed a model 230W with a 3.2.0 backup from a model
320H.  Everything went fine, but now some of the keys on the 220 are
not mapped properly.  Most of the alphanumeric keys work fine, but the
control keys and number pad don't work properly. User defined the
keyboard in SMIT as IBM 850 EN_US, but it still does not work. User has
tried different keyboards.
