Upgraded HA level from 4.1.1 to 4.2. xclstat does not work now.

ENV:  HACMP 4.2; AIX 4.1; RS/6000 Model R30

PROBLEM:  Customer cannot bring up xclstat.  It comes up as a small
window instead of normal size.  When he enlarges the window, he sees
some unrelated text.

ACTION TAKEN:  The customer just upgraded from HACMP 4.1 to HACMP
4.2.  The xclstat worked at 4.1.  He has not upgraded to AIX 4.2.

I found that this problem occurs when the entries in
/usr/lpp/cluster/samples/clstat are not there.  I had the customer
look for the Xclstat entry in /usr/lpp/X11/app-defaults.  It was
there, and linking to a file in
/usr/lpp/cluster/samples/clstat/Xclstat.  When I went to check for
this file it was not there.

I had him do an lslpp -l cluster.base.adt*.  It was installed at level
4.2.  I then had him do a forced overwrite of that fileset off of the
CD.  This added the files into /usr/lpp/cluster/samples/clstat/.

After doing to forced overwrite to this one fileset, clstat now works.
