 PROBLEM:Question about upgrading aix from 4.1.4 to 4.2

*ACTION TAKEN:Customer wanted to know if sna needs to be upgraded if
 aix is being upgraded from 4.1.4 to 4.2. I told him he does not have
 to upgrade sna , however he should verify his profiles and export
 them and save them on this box and also tn to another box and save
 the profiles there also (just in case). He said fine and before he
 actully upgrads his aix (sometimes in the future, may be next week),
 he will call back and open another item. He said to close the item.

*ACTION PLAN:Close the item.
