 ENV:model f30, aix 4.1.5, sna (comm. server he thinks) not at the site.

 PROBLEM:Qyestion about sna and being root.

*ACTION TAKEN:IBM SE wanted to know if you have to be root to use sna.
 I said yes, however we have a fax that could be used to setup other
 users than root to use sna. He said to sent him the fax at 
  412-237-7910 or LS 363-7910. He has aix/cics and wanted to know if
  you also have to be root to start cics. I will check and call him
  back. He said after that to close the item.

*ACTION PLAN:Sent customer fax and call him about aix/cics security.

Called Dennis Weiand of CICS support group to get cics info. He is not
in and I left him a phone mail to call me back. Dennis is at 522-5571.

 PROBLEM:I talked to Dennis and got the information. Called Michael and
  left him a phone mail with the information. Even though the customer
   had said to close the item, I will still leave it open till the end
   of the day just in case he call back. Otherwise this item will be
   closed at the end of the day.

*ACTION TAKEN:Called Michael and left him a detailed information.

*ACTION PLAN:Close the item at the end of the day.
